Privacy Policy – Aurio Studio

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Casaxmore, the developer of Aurio Studio (“we”), handles information when you use the Aurio Studio app for iOS and iPadOS (the “App”). If you have questions, contact us at casaxmore@gmail.com.

Information handled by the App

Aurio Studio does not require an account. Casaxmore does not directly request or receive your name, precise location, contacts, health information, artwork, microphone audio or selected photos through the App. Casaxmore does not operate a server that receives your creative projects.

Touch and artwork

The App processes finger and Apple Pencil input to create artwork. Your projects can contain stroke positions, timing, pressure, colors, materials, layers, titles, creation dates, canvas settings and references to images used in the work. These details are stored locally so you can reopen, edit and replay your work.

Microphone

Microphone access is optional. When you choose to create with sound, the App analyzes audio levels and frequencies on your device to change the appearance of your artwork. It does not save a recording of your voice, transmit microphone audio to Casaxmore or transcribe your speech. The visual result of sound input may be stored as part of your artwork, such as colors, stroke width and timing.

You can pause listening in the studio. Microphone processing stops when listening is stopped or the App leaves the foreground. You can deny or revoke microphone access and continue drawing with touch.

Camera and selected photos

You may select a photo through the system photo picker or choose to take a photo with the camera. The App processes the image on your device to extract colors or detect contours for use in your artwork. It does not send these images to Casaxmore or to an external image-generation service.

The system photo picker gives the App access to the image you select; the App does not request unrestricted access to your photo library. Camera access is requested only when you choose the camera. You can decline camera access and use a selected photo or draw without an image.

Extracted colors and contours may be saved in a project. Images associated with artwork imported from the previous Aurio gallery are also kept locally so those captures remain available. The App does not identify people in photos or perform biometric identification.

Local storage and retention

Projects, imported gallery images, local recovery copies, appearance and drawing preferences, welcome-screen status, purchase access indicators and the expiry times of temporary feature access are stored in the App’s local storage.

Clearing a layer removes its content from the current work. Deleting a layer removes the layer and its content, while keeping at least one layer for drawing. These edits can be restored with the current session’s Undo history. Image files needed by Undo or Redo are retained locally so restoring an image layer remains possible.

Deleting a work removes it from the active library and its ordinary recovery copy. During library cleanup, images no longer used by a saved work, duplicate or the active editing history are removed from the studio’s media storage. Deleting the active work also clears its editing history. Original files from the previous Aurio gallery are preserved for compatibility, and recovery archives created after a storage error may contain older local content. Deleting a work does not delete an original photo from your Photos library or copies you previously exported. Deleting the App removes its local data from the device, subject to backups and restore behavior managed by you or Apple.

Casaxmore cannot access, recover or remotely erase creative content that exists only on your device.

Exporting and sharing

When you choose to export, the App renders an image or a silent video from your artwork and presents the system share sheet. These exports do not contain a recording of your microphone audio. Temporary export files may remain until the App or operating system removes them.

The App shares an exported file only with the destination you choose. If you save a copy to Photos, any permission requested is used for that action. The receiving app, service or person handles the shared copy under its own terms and privacy practices. Casaxmore does not receive the exported artwork.

Advertising and consent

The free version uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial ads, as well as optional rewarded ads. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) manages advertising consent where required. Aurio Pro removes advertising.

Depending on your region, consent choices and device settings, Google and its advertising partners may process an IP address for general location estimation, device or app identifiers where available and permitted, advertising data, interactions with ads and the App, crash logs, performance data and diagnostics. These data may be used to provide and measure ads, prevent fraud, perform analytics, maintain security and improve advertising services. Ads may be personalized only where permitted by applicable law and your consent choices.

On each launch, the App requests updated consent information from UMP and presents a consent form when required. The App completes applicable UMP and Apple App Tracking Transparency choices before initializing Mobile Ads or requesting ads. Denying tracking does not block creative features. Where ads can be requested, the App can continue without using the advertising identifier for tracking.

When UMP requires it, Privacy options in Settings lets you review or change advertising consent. You can also change tracking permission in your device’s privacy settings.

Watching a rewarded ad is optional. Completing the required ad grants 30 minutes of access to the selected feature. Each feature has an independent expiry time stored on your device. This does not grant Aurio Pro or unlock other paid features. An expired access period does not delete saved artwork.

Artwork, selected photo content and microphone audio are not supplied to Google for advertising by the App. Google controls its own processing and retention and may process information in other countries under its policies:

Purchases

Aurio Studio offers an in-app purchase that unlocks Aurio Pro features and removes ads. In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Casaxmore does not receive or store your full payment details. The App receives product, transaction and entitlement information needed to verify purchases, unlock features and restore purchases.

Existing Aurio Pro purchases can be restored with the Apple account used for the purchase. Apple handles purchase information under the Apple Privacy Policy.

External websites and information you send us

The App includes optional links to support, this policy, Apple’s terms and the Casaxmore Apps website. When you open a website, its hosting and service providers may receive information normally sent by a browser, such as your IP address and browser or device information. Their own privacy policies apply.

If you contact Casaxmore by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use this information to respond, provide support, protect our rights and comply with applicable obligations. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Casaxmore does not directly sell personal information. Except for information processed independently by the services described above, we disclose information only with your consent, when required by law or when necessary to protect rights and safety.

Your choices and rights

You can:

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of personal information, withdraw consent or complain to your local data protection authority. For information controlled by Casaxmore, contact casaxmore@gmail.com. For information controlled independently by Apple, Google or another service, contact that provider directly.

Children

Aurio Studio is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly request personal information from children. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of camera, microphone, advertising, purchases and sharing as appropriate. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Casaxmore, contact us so we can address the request.

Security

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information handled by the App, including the operating system’s protections for private local App storage. No electronic system or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, third-party services or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at the same public URL with an updated date.
